    Identifying key requirements and expectations. Functional and technical requirements documented after identification.
  2. Process Design
    Resource planning, segregation of processes in phases and formulating implementation strategies. Scheduling, reporting format and key metrics and auditing parameters are documented. Required skills identification, allocation or recruitment of skilled resources are carried out.

  • Business Development Executive with atleast 3 years experience in USA, Australia, UK or Canada markets only. (BPO/Call Center industry experience preferred)
